Meg

Completing CDA program and completed the American Association of Orthodontists voluntary certification program

Bio

Meghana joined our team as a Dental Assistant in 2023. She earned a degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences in India in 2019, where she then worked in a dental hospital in both a clinical and administrative capacity. Meghana has always been fascinated with Orthodontics and is now continuing her studies to become an NYS Registered Dental Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Elana

Receptionist

Bio

Elana joined the practice as a receptionist in December 2020. She holds a B.A. from SUNY Oswego and a biotechnology certificate from HVCC. After an internship in cancer research at Albany Medical College, she spent three years as a nurse assistant in the neonatal intensive care unit at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital.

Her favorite quote is by author Henry Miller: “Destination is not a place, but a new way of seeing things.” Elana hopes to be with the practice for many years and looks forward to studying as an orthodontic assistant. She enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley

Certified Dental Assistant

Completed the American Association of Orthodontists voluntary certification program

Bio

Ashley has been a part of our team since November 2011. She graduated from Hoosic Valley in 2007. After completing high school, she went to Ballston Spa Dental Assisting School and then to Hudson Valley Community College, where she completed the Dental Assisting Program. Ashley took the NYS Board exams to become a Certified Dental Assistant.

In her free time, Ashley likes to spend time with her family and friends and loves to cook and bake.

Renee

Operations Manager

Bio

Renee joined our practice as our full-time practice manager in 2007 but was no stranger to dental healthcare. She attended Hudson Valley Community College before working in the dental field in a clinical and administrative capacity.

Before becoming a permanent part of our team, Renee was the operations manager for a large dental group in the area for over 20 years.

Renee has found her true niche in the dental specialty field of orthodontics. She loves working with children and adults, helping to create beautiful smiles. Renee enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, husband, and puppy, Oliver.

Laurie

Certified Dental Assistant

Bio

Laurie graduated from Monroe Community College in 2006 from the Dental Assisting Program and received her license as a certified dental assistant. Laurie has been a member of our team for over 20 years. She loves to meet new people and help them on their way to a healthy new smile.

In her free time, Laure loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and going to the beach.
